Meet the Canyon Creek Properties Team
Rick Maurer
Partner
With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Rick is well versed in multiple facets of construction. Rick started his career as an electrician, but would later work in Purchasing dealing directly with all trades and negotiating contracts. Rick spent over 10 years as Director of Purchasing for a large regional builder prior to starting Canyon Creek Properties and has served on both the Executive & General Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association.
Rick's favorite part of the process is seeing the vision for a project come to fruition.
Kevin Cubbin
Partner
Kevin has worked in the financial industry doing everything from auditing to being a financial analyst for large multi-national companies. Kevin has also been part of many construction projects over the last 10 years ranging from full property renovations to rental property management. Kevins strong financial background brings an extra level of skill and attention to detail to project budgeting and property management.
